1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“Site”) and your purchase of firearms, ammunition, and related products (“Products”) from our e‑commerce store (“Company”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and all federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale and transfer of firearms and ammunition. It is the responsibility of the customer to know, follow, and be in compliance of all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to buying, selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using firearms, magazines, and ammunition where the customer resides.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.

 

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must meet all of the following requirements to purchase firearms or ammunition:

  • Be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or rifle/shotgun ammunition.
  • Be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition.
  • Be legally permitted to own or possess firearms and ammunition under federal, state, and local law.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during checkout and transfer processes.
  • Complete all required background checks and FFL transfer procedures.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any sale that appears unlawful, suspicious, or non‑compliant.

 

3. Firearm Purchases & FFL Transfers

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choosing. You are responsible for:

  • Providing valid FFL information at checkout
  • Ensuring your selected FFL accepts transfers
  • Paying any transfer fees charged by the FFL
  • Completing the ATF Form 4473 and passing the NICS background check

Firearms will not be shipped directly to your home.

If your background check is denied or delayed beyond legal limits, the firearm will be returned to inventory and you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

 

4. Ammunition Purchases

Ammunition may be shipped directly to your residence unless prohibited by your state or municipality. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where prohibited, including but not limited to: CA, NY, MA, CT, NJ, IL (certain areas), Washington D.C., and any other restricted locations.

 

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Legal restrictions
  • Inventory errors
  • Compliance concerns

Orders canceled by the customer after processing may incur a 10–15% cancellation fee.

 

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary, and the Company does not guarantee that items listed as “in stock” will remain available at the time of purchase.

In the event of a pricing error, the Company may cancel the order and issue a refund.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory review.

Firearms will only be shipped to verified FFL dealers. Ammunition shipments may require adult signature depending on state law.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lost shipments due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to federal regulations, firearms and ammunition are non‑returnable except in cases of:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item received

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Non‑regulated items (gear, apparel, accessories) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

 

9. Compliance With Laws

By purchasing from this Site, you certify that:

  • You are not prohibited from owning firearms or ammunition under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)
  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws
  • You will not use Products for unlawful purposes
  • You will not attempt to bypass background checks or transfer requirements

The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Misuse of firearms or ammunition
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Failure to follow safety guidelines
  • Damages resulting from illegal use
  • Third‑party actions, including FFL transfer decisions

All Products are sold “as is” with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
