1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) and the Company (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of our website (“Site”) and your purchase of firearms, ammunition, and related products (“Products”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site or purchase Products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or rifle/shotgun ammunition
• Be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition
• Be legally permitted to possess firearms and ammunition
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Complete all required background checks and transfer procedures

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.

3. Firearm Purchases & FFL Transfers

3.1 FFL Requirement

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms will not be shipped directly to your residence.

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Selecting a valid FFL
• Ensuring the FFL accepts transfers
• Paying any FFL transfer fees
• Completing ATF Form 4473
• Passing the NICS background check

3.3 Background Check Denials

If your background check is denied or delayed beyond legal limits:

• The firearm will be returned to inventory
• You will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee

4. Ammunition Purchases

Ammunition may be shipped directly to your residence unless prohibited by your jurisdiction. We do not ship ammunition to restricted areas such as CA, NY, MA, CT, NJ, certain IL municipalities, and Washington D.C.

You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Attempt to bypass legal requirements
• Purchase Products on behalf of prohibited persons
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with Site functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Violations may result in order cancellation, account termination, and reporting to authorities.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do not guarantee availability of any Product. In the event of a pricing or inventory error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

7. Order Processing & Shipping

Order processing times are typically 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7.1 Firearms

Firearms ship only to FFL dealers. Adult signature may be required.

7.2 Ammunition & Accessories

Ammunition and non‑regulated items ship directly to the customer unless restricted.

7.3 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to federal regulations, firearms, ammunition, serialized components, and custom items are non‑returnable except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

Non‑regulated items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and branding—is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain Products.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or unlawful activity.
